Wildlife wishing to get well require more than just volunteer labor. They need Department of Agriculture approved caging, food, litter, bedding, bottles, bowls and litter pans, on-hand medical supplies, sanitation supplies and Veterinary care. The professional rehabber needs continuing education to hone those skills which may save a life. Rabies vaccinations are required for rehabbers that handle RVS wildlife. All of these cost money which is contributed by people like you.. people that care about nature's citizens that keep our ecology in balance. 

We need volunteers:

•    to work with the animals
•    to clean and maintain a healthy environment

   to donate:

•    unopen bags of dry dog and cat food
•    unopen bags of horse bedding (corncob base only)
•    new dog and cat toys
•    unopen bags of nuts, shelled and unshelled
•    Non-latex disposal exam gloves - S-M-L

If you have wooded property and are willing to allow displaced wildlife to be released on it, please contact us. Many of our raccoons and skunks come from the city and should not be released where they came from. Raccoons and skunks suffer the most by overpopulating the release sites we already have.
